Shipping Charges and Policies For Factory-Direct orders, DWG will fill and ship the order to you, charging the Suggested Retail price plus 9% shipping and handling (minimum $8.95 US/ $12.75 (13%) for HI, AK, PR & Canada) and any applicable Sales Tax (in Kansas, Nevada, Indiana, Puerto Rico and Canada) . Shipments going to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico will be charged an additional $6 surcharge per box. There is a 15% HST on all orders to Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland and 0% GST. All other Canadian provinces have a 7% GST. Distributor-Run Store shipping rates vary slightly (but you get the products in 2 - 3 business days depending on where you live). The rates are available at the bottom of the Ordering Page * U.S. Factory-Direct orders are processed the day they are received (unless it is after business hours) and are shipped by UPS the next business day. This means if you order on Friday during business hours, it will ship via UPS on Monday. If you order on Sunday, it will be shipped Tuesday. Please do not count the day you order or the weekend when estimating when your order will arrive. For the quickest 2 - 3 business day delivery (depending where you live), please order from our U.S. Distributor-Run Store which ships from an Authorized DWG Distributor the next business day (in many instances the same day the order is placed but this is not guaranteed) and utilizes USPS Priority Mail for most product orders unless otherwise posted that 2 - 3 business day delivery is not available. Returns and Exchanges DWG International will gladly make a refund or exchange any products purchased through DWG International's Retail Direct Program for any reason with a valid receipt/Invoice and it was purchased within 30 days. Please note that shipping is not refundable. Please send back the unused portion of the product, your original invoice and a note stating why you are returning the product to the address listed below.
